How you can pay
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
Currency
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). No GST is charged, because we are not registered for GST in Australia, and parcels valued at AUD 1,000 or less are not charged import duty or GST at the border. An order worth more than AUD 1,000 can attract import duty and GST, which are payable by the customer. What that means is set out in our shipping policy.
When you are charged
Your card is authorised at checkout and charged when the order is confirmed. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we refund that item in full without you having to ask.
Card details
Payments are processed over an encrypted connection at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
If a payment fails
A declined payment usually comes from the bank rather than from us. The usual causes are an expired card, a daily limit, or a check by your bank. Check the details you entered, try the payment again, or contact your bank. Nothing is charged and no order is created when a payment fails. If it keeps happening, e-mail info@thekindwardrobe.com and we will help.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before dispatching and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
