How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Free shipping Australia-wide on every order, with no minimum spend.
We pack your order within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery takes a further 4 to 9 working days, with a local courier, so 5 to 11 working days in total from the moment you order.
You receive a tracking link by e-mail as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

What if it does not fit?
You have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags still on and in the original packaging.
For a change-of-mind return, the return postage is paid by you and is not reimbursed. If an item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, the return postage is on us.
We do not process exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
When do I get my money back?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the return, back to the card or account you paid with.
Which sizes do you use?
Clothing comes in letter sizes with the Australian size beside them. Shoes come in Australian sizes. The size chart on every product page gives the body and foot measurements for each size.
